The Fine Print: All GPA Living properties are smoke and pet free environments. All interested applicants are subject to a full background screening and credit check. While we require all interested applicants to request and pay for the background screening and credit check when completing the application, we have no other fees (so that means no broker's fee). A security deposit (of 1.5x months rent) + first month rent is due prior to lease signing. The inclusion or exclusion of utilities varies by property.
